I struggled fining a topic for my second mini lesson for the PID3220 Delivery of Instruction course, however, I found a topic related to the standard tie a tie skill of which titled how to tie a tie in 10 seconds. After I practiced the skill myself many times I was able to do it in around 20-22 seconds, so I changed the title to how to tie a tie in 30 seconds instead of 10. I pictured myself doing the skill and provided a 12 pictures with instructions to the group of learners in the class and I demonstrated the skill 3 times before asking them to practice it. The learners loved the concept and the technique. The overall experience was good and the instructor Doug encouraged me o post it here. Give it a try and I am sure you'll love it. Below is the link to YouTube and attached is the instructions I prepared for the class. Enjoy it.
